摘 要: | 目的研究还原型谷胱甘肽对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者超敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)及心功能的影响。方法将AMI患者56例随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗;研究组除常规治疗外,加用还原型谷胱甘肽。检测血清中hs—CRP、血糖、血脂、心肌酶、肌钙蛋白及心脏彩超等,进行对比。结果与对照组相比,研究组血清中hs—CRP明显降低(4.89±1.90,2.55±1.93,P〈0.05),心脏彩超显示左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)(108.96±21.79,92.63±23.51)、心室快速充盈期与心房收缩期血流速度比值(E/A)(0.73±0.08,0.96±0.07)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)(46.69±13.84,59.73±12.78)均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽能显著降低AMI患者体内hs-CRP的表达,并对改善心功能有一定的作用。

Effect of reduced glutathione on high sensitive C-reactive protein and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction |

Abstract: | [ Objective] To study the effect of reduced glutathione on high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cardiac func- tion in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI/. [ Methods ] 56 AMI patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given the conventional therapy, and the study group was treated with reduced glutathione on the basis of conven- tional therapy. The levels of serum hs-CRP, blood glucose, blood lipid, myocardial enzyme and troponin, as well as ultrasonic car- diogram were tested, and the results were compared between two groups. [ Results ] The level of serum hs-CRP in the study group ( 2.55 ± 1.93 ) was significantly lower than that in the control group (4.89 ± 1.90 } significantly ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The ultrasonic cardi- ogram showed that LVEDV ( 92.63 ± 23.51 }, E/A ( 0.96 ± 0.07 } and LVEF ( 59.73 ± 12.78 ) in the study group were better than those in the control group ( LVEDV was 108.96 ± 21.79, E/A was 0.73±0.08 and LVEF was 46.69 ± 13.84 } , and the differences were significant (P 〈0.05}. [ Conclusion] The reduced glutathione can significantly reduce the hs-CRP expression in AMI patients, and improve their cardiac function. |
