工业企业职业卫生监督量化分级管理模式的探讨

目的将职业卫生监督量化分级管理引入南通市职业卫生监管中，分析验证其效果。方法根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》制定的分类评分标准，制定南通市职业卫生监督量化分级管理评分标准，对南通市开发区256家存在职业病危害因素的企业进行量化分级管理。结果南通市进行量化分级的256家企业中，2011年优秀（A）级企业占13．3％、良好（B）级企业占76．5％，比2008年分别增加了36．0％和15．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论量化分级管理方法是建立职业卫生监管长效机制的重要手段，也是实现职业卫生监督定性管理向定性定量动态管理模式转变的重要手段。

Study on quantitative classification management mode of occupational health supervision in industrial enterprises

Objective] To make an attempt to introduce the quantitative classification management of occupational health supervi- sion into occupational health supervision in Nantong city, analyze and verify its effect. Methods ] Based on the classification crite- ria of the Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC, the classification criteria of quantitative classification management of oc- cupational health supervision in Nantong city was developed, and the quantitative classification management was performed in 256 enterprises with occupational hazards in Nantong Development Zone. Results ] Among 256 enterprises, the enterprises that were i- dentified as Grade A （outstanding） and Grade B （good） accounted for 13.3 % and 76.5 % respectively in 2011, which increased by 36.0% and 15.3% respectively as compared with 2008, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion] The quantitative classification management mode is an important means to establish the long-term mechanism of occu- pational health supervision, and it is an important method to realize the transformation from qualitative management mode to qualita- tive and quantitative dynamic management mode of occupational health supervision.
