摘    要:目的对某煤矿建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素进行预评价,提出相应的防护和管理措施。方法采用类比法和检查表法相结合的原则,对该建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素进行定性和定量评价。结果该项目总平面布局合理,工艺成熟,设备先进,自动化程度较高。在其生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素为生产性粉尘(煤尘)、噪声及化学有害物质(一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫化氢、锰及其化合物)。结论该项目在科学设计、严格管理的前提下,其职业病防护措施基本能达到《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》及《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBZ1—2010)等法律、法规及标准、规范的要求。

Abstract:[ Objective] To pre-evaluate the potential occupational hazards in the construction project of a coal mine, and propose appropriate protection and management measures. [ Methods ] The combination of analogy and checklist was adopted to perform qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the potential occupational hazards in the construction project. [ Results ] The total layout of the project was reasonable, with mature technology, advanced equipment and high degree of automation. The potential occupational hazards in production process were productive dust ( coal dust }, noise and chemical harmful substances ( carbon monoxide, nitro- gen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, manganese and its compounds }. [ Conclusion ] With scientific design and strict man- agement, the occupational protection measures meet the requirements of laws, regulations, standards and norms such as "Law of PRC on Occupational Disease Control and Prevention" and "Standard Design of Industrial Enterprises" (GBZ 1 -2010).
