2007—2011年广西壮族自治区环江县高一新生视力不良状况

目的了解环江县高一新生视力不良变化状况及发展规律，探讨导致学生视力不良的影响因素及防治对策。方法采用2007--2011年环江县高一新生体质健康监测资料，对学生视力进行分析。结果视力不良检出率最低为2007年的78．70％，后逐渐上升，最高为2011年的84．84％（P〈0．01）。5年来，女生视力不良检出率均显著高于男生（P〈0．01）；男女生视力不良程度构成有差异，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；城区学生视力不良检出率显著高于乡镇学生（P〈0．01）。结论环江县高一新生视力不良检出率正呈逐年上升趋势，需要教育、卫生、学校、家庭等各部门的共同协作，采取有效措施，做好视力不良的防控工作。

Analysis on poor eyesight among freshmen in senior high schools of Huanjiang County in Guangxi from 2007 - 2011

Objective ] To understand the change and development regulations of poor eyesight among freshmen in senior high schools of Huanjiang County, explore the influencing factors and prevention countermeasures of poor eyesight in students. Methods ] The monitoring data of physical health among freshmen in senior high schools of Huanjiang County from 2007-2011 was used to analyze the status of poor eyesight in students. Results ] The detection rate of poor eyesight in 2007 was the lowest {78.70% } , and then it was gradually rising, which reached the highest level in 2011 （ 84.84%, P 〈 0.01 ）. In the past five years , the detection rates of poor eyesight in girls were significantly higher than those in boys I P 〈 0. 01}. There was significant difference in constitution of degree of poor eyesight between boys and girls { P 〈 0.01 }. The detection rate of poor eyesight in urban students was significantly higher than that in town students { P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion] The detection rate of poor eyesight among freshmen in senior high schools of Huanjiang County has increased year by year. The education department, health department, school and family should cooperate, and take effective measures, to implement the prevention of poor eyesight in the students.
