睾丸非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床病理及免疫组化研究

目的　探讨睾丸非淋巴瘤的形态结构特征、临床表现及鉴别诊断。方法　采用常规石腊切片、HE染色和免疫组化 S- P法标记 L CA、L2 6阳性以确定诊断。结果　 5例患者临床症状均为睾丸不同程度肿大 ,组织学图像与胃肠道MAL T淋巴瘤相似 ,免疫组化染色瘤细胞表达 L CA、L2 6阳性。结论　老年人出现弥漫性睾丸肿大 ,首先应考虑睾丸淋巴瘤的可能。该病的确诊依赖病理检查 ,免疫组化对于鉴别诊断有重要作用

A Clinical Pathologic and Immunohistochemical Study on Testicular Non Hodgkin Lymphoma

Objective To investigate the morphologic characteristics,the clinical manifestation,and the differential diagnosis of the testicular non Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods The routine paraffin slides were prepared and stained with HE as well as S P immunohistochemistry techniques with LCA?L 26 as target respectively to confirm the diagnosis.Results All the 5 patients had a swollen testis which was histologically similar to gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma,but was LCA and L 26 positive by SP immunohistochemistry techniques.Conclusion When diffuse swelling of the testis occured in an old patient,priority should be given to the possibility of lymphom.The definite diagnosis of the disease depended upon the pathological examination, and immunohistochemistry technique could play a vital part in differential diagnosis.
