骨嗜酸性细胞肉芽肿的X线、CT诊断

摘    要:目的:讨论骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的X线、CT表现。材料与方法:回顾分析经病理证实的11例骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的X线、CT表现。结果:本病基本X线表现有:(1)骨质破坏;(2)骨皮质改变;(3)病理性骨折;(4)骨膜增生;(5)软组织肿块,CT对病变范围、皮质、骨膜、软组织改变、死骨及邻近结构受累与否显示更清楚。结论:X线平片是诊断本病的首选方法,CT能进一步显示病变的病理解剖结构,对本病的诊断价值更大。

Abstract:Purpose:To discuss the X-ray CT findings of bone eosinophilic granuloma.Materails and Methods:The X-ray and CT appearances of 11 patients with eosinophilic granuloma of bone confirmed by pathology were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The basic X-ray manifestations of eosinophilic granuloma of bone were:(1)the destruction of bone;(2)change of cortex;(3)pathological fracture;(4)Periosteal reaction;(5)mass of soft tissue.CT could clearly demonstrate the extent of bone involved and change of neighbourhood structure.Conclusion:Routine radiography is first methods in diagnosis of eosinophilic granuloma of bone.CT can reveal advanced the pathologic and anatomic structure of bone.better value in the diagnosis.
