莱利康急性毒性实验观察

目的:观察莱利康对小鼠的急性毒性作用。方法:莱利康设置31.32、37.63、45.33、54.62、65.8g/kg 5个剂量组,一次性灌胃(Intragastric infusion,ig)给药后连续观察7天,测定莱利康半数致死量(Median lethal dose,LD50);若其毒性极小,无法测出LD50,则测定其在最大允许浓度和最大体积下的最大耐受剂量(Maximum-tolerated dose,MTD)。结果:莱利康一次性ig后观察7天,无一实验动物死亡,未测出LD50;测得ig给药小鼠的MTD是180.63g/kg/d。结论:小鼠ig给药莱利康的MTD是180.63g/kg/d,为成人临床日用药量的225倍,表明莱利康口服给药是安全的。

STUDY ON THE ACUTE TOXICITY OF LAILIKANG IN MICE

Objective:To study the acute toxicity of Lailikang in mice.Methods: The median lethal dose(LD_(50)) of Lailikang in mice was measured after the mice were given Lailikang orally in five dosages only once and observed 7 days.If the toxicity of Lailikang was so little and the LD_(50) could not be determined,the maximum-tolerated dose(MTD) of Lailikang under maximal allowable concentration and volume would be measured.Results: No mouse died during the experimental period,and the LD_(50) was not determined.The MTD was 180.63 g/kg/d by intragastric infuse.Conclusions: The MTD of Lailikang is 180.63 g/kg/d,and this dose is 225 times of adult individual.The results suggest that Lailikang is safe by oral administration.
