普伐他汀治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

目的观察普伐他汀在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的作用、副作用及半年复发率。方法随机将溃疡性结肠炎患者分为治疗组34例,给普伐他汀5 mg,3次/d,复方谷氨酰胺0.2 g,3次/d口服;对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶1 g,4次/d,复方谷氨酰胺0.2 g,3次/d餐后服用。均治疗4周。治疗4周后复查生化,血尿便三大常规及肠镜,并随访半年。结果显效率、总有效率及半年复发率治疗组与对照组分别为47.1%、30.0%;91 2%、73.3%;14.4%、23.3%,副反应治疗组主要表现尿酸轻度升高3例,尿隐血阳性2例。对照组主要表现为白细胞轻度减少3例,胃肠道反应7例。结论普伐他汀能有效地治疗溃疡性结肠炎,副作用少,半年复发率低。

Clinical Study of Pravastatin on Treatment of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the adverse effect of pravastatin combined with glutathione on patients with ulcerative colitis,as well as their half-year relapse.Methods Sixty-four patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into trial group(n=34) and control group(n=30).The patients in the trial group were treated by pravastatin(5 mg once,three times a day) and glutathione(200 mg once,three times a day),while those in the control group by salicylazesulfapyridine(1 g once,four times a day) and glutathione(200 mg once,three times a day).Both the groups were treated for one month.After one month and six months,the patients experienced endoscopy and tests for hepatic function,and the incidence of adverse events were recorded.Results The total effective rates were 91.2% in the trial group and 73.3% in the control group,while their half-year relapse rates were 14.4% and 23.3%,respectively.There were significant differnces between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pravastatin has a good treatment effect on ulcerative colitis without obvious adverse events.
