摘    要:目的探讨血浆粘度与血沉的临床相关性。方法对 63 0例无活动性炎症的中老年人作血流动力学检查及相关统计学分析。结果血沉K值与血浆粘度呈显著直线正相关 (R2 =0 .2 90 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ;两者的多元逐步回归模型均首先引入血浆纤维蛋白原为显著预报因子 ;其后血浆粘度依次引入甘油三酯与胆固醇 ,而血沉K值引入了胆固醇 ,但排除了甘油三酯 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论无活动性炎症的中老年人血浆粘度为血沉K值的正相关决定因素之一 ,其间血浆纤维蛋白原与胆固醇可能起着关联作用 ;两次临床检查均可能具有对缺血性心脑血管病危险潜在的监测作用

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the correlation of plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimention(ES).Methods Hemodynamics in 630 middle aged and elderly patients with inactive inflammation diseases was proceeded and statistical analysis was performed.Results ESK value was linear positively correlated with plasma viscosity(R 2=0.290,P<0.001).The plasma fibrinogen first entered the multivariate stepwise regression model of both ES and plasma viscosity as obvious predictor factor.Then triglyceride and cholesterin entered the plasma viscosity in turn,but cholesterin entered ESK while triglyceride was excluded (P<0.001) .Conclusion Plasma viscosity is a significant positive determinant of ESK in middle aged and elderly patients with inactive inflammation diseases to which plasma fibrinogen and cholesterin may contribute.Both examinations may have potential to predict the risk of ischemic cardio cerebrovascular disease.
