| 摘 要： | 为了解目前企业医院开展社区卫生服务的状况，发现存在的问题，采用单纯随机抽样方法调查了四川省27家企业医院。结果表明企业医院目前开展的社区卫生服务情况普遍欠佳，存在服务人员总体素质差、管理混乱，经济效益差等问题，分析结果为企业更好地开展社会区卫生服务提供了依据。

| Abstract: | To find out the present conditions and the problems of community health service carried out by enterprises hospitals,27 enterprises hospitals were investigated through simple random sampling. The results showed that the present conditions of community health service carried out by enterprises' hospitals were not good and had many problems.The general quality of service staff was low, the management of community health service was disordered,the economic profit was poor. The results provide reference basis for enterprises' hospitals to develop community health service better. |
