2009～2011年莱阳市部分一次性卫生用品卫生状况调查

目的]了解莱阳市一次性使用卫生用品卫生质量状况,为监督和管理提供可靠依据。方法]2009年3月至2011年8月,对莱阳市5家大型商场、6家超市、8家商品批发部、196家农村商店销售的一次性卫生用品进行抽样检测。结果]2009～2011年合计检测样品1 061份,合格975份,合格率为91.89%。样品合格率,2009～2011年分别为91.43%、93.58%、90.57%(P<0.05);纸巾为96.62%、湿巾为89.92%、一次性口罩为93.68%、妇女经期卫生用品为89.70%、尿布等排泄物卫生用品为95.80%(P<0.05)。微生物指标合格率,金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、溶血性链球菌合格率均为100.00%,菌落总数、大肠菌群、真菌分别为93.12%、99.25%、99.34%。结论]莱阳市市场上一次性使用卫生用品卫生状况较好。

Survey on Hygienic Status of Single-use Sanitary Materials,Laiyang City,2009-2011

Objective]To understand the hygienic status of single-use sanitary materials in Laiyang city,so as to provide basis for health supervision and monitoring.Methods]Health inspections on single-use sanitary materials were carried out in 5 huge malls,6 supermarkets,8 wholesale markets,196 rural stores during March 2009-August 2011.Results]A total of 975 were qualified,with a pass rate of 91.89% in 1 061 samples.The qualified rate was 91.43%,93.58%,and 90.57%(P<0.05),2009-2011;and 96.62%,89.92%,93.68%,89.70%,and 95.80%(P<0.05) respectively in tissues,wipes,disposable respirators,sanitary products in women’s menstrual period,excreta such as diapers.The qualified microbial index were 100.00% in Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Hemolytic Streptococcus,and was 93.12%,99.25%,and 99.34% in colony lump-sum,coliform group,fungus.Conclusion]The hygienic status is good in the single-use sanitary materials in Laiyang city.
