男女强制隔离戒毒者心理健康与社会支持的比较

目的:探讨戒毒人员心理健康水平与社会支持的关系及性别差异,为戒毒提供心理干预的依据。方法:对843例强制戒毒人员进行症状自评量表和社会支持量表问卷调查,并进行相关分析。结果:强制戒毒人员心理健康水平低于常模,男性低于女性(P<0.0001,P<0.05),症状自评量表各因子分与社会支持量表主观支持分、客观支持分、对支持的利用度呈负相关,男性戒毒者主观支持和支持利用度低于女性,客观支持高于女性。结论:戒毒人员社会支持差导致心理健康水平低,因此改善吸毒者社会支持状况是提高心理健康水平,巩固戒毒成果的重要措施。

GENDER DIFFERENCE OF MENTAL HEALTH AND SOCIAL SUPPORT AMONG DRUG ADDICTS IN THE MANDATORY QUARANTINE TREATMENT

Objective:To compare the mental health and social supports between male and female drug abstainers by questionnaires for providing the principles to conduct psychological intervention.Methods: Eight hundred forty three drug addicts under compulsory treatment were investigated with The Symtom Checklist 90 and Social Support Rating Scale and the results were compared.Results:The scores of drug abstainers on SCL-90 were higher than the norm,the male drug abstainers had higher scores than that of the female drug abstainers,the differences were statistical significant among them(P<0.0001 or P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis of mental health and social support showed that the scores of SCL-90 drug abstainers had negative correlation with that of the social support.The male drug abstainers had lower scores in the subjective support and the utilization of the support than that of female.Conclusion:The poorer social support in drug abstainers leaded to the lower mental health level.Therefore to improve social support status is important measures for improving the drug addicts mental health level and consolidating rehabilitation achievements.
