芪注射液改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者氧化应激和炎性反应状态的临床意义

目的探讨黄芪注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期患者氧化应激和炎性反应状态的改善效果。方法选取COPD急性加重期患者46例,随机分为试验组和对照组各23例,试验组给予综合治疗和3次/周的黄芪注射液10ml静脉注射,对照组给予综合治疗,未给予黄芪注射液治疗,观察4周时间,另设年龄、性别相匹配的健康组予以对照。治疗前后检测患者的氧化应激指标丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白介素-6（IL-6）水平,并对照分析。结果COPD急性加重期患者的MDA、CRP、IL-6水平高于健康组,SOD低于健康组,差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组治疗前后MDA、SOD、IL-6有明显差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论黄芪注射液可全面改善COPD急性加重期患者的氧化应激和炎性反应状态。

The clinical significance of Astragalus injection in improving COPD oxidative stress and inflammatory response status for the acute exacerbation patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Astragalus injection in improving COPD oxidative stress and inflammatory response status for the acute exacerbation patients.Methods 46 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD in patients were chosen.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and 23 cases in each group.The experiment group was given comprehensive treatment and Astragalus injection 10ml intravenous injection three times a week.The control group was given with comprehensive treatment,without Huangqi injection.The observation time was four weeks,and set the other age and sex-matched healthy group as the control group.The oxidative stress indicators of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin6(IL-6) levels before and after treatment for the two groups were taken for detection,and taken for analysis.Results The MDA,CRP,IL-6 levels for the COPD acute increasing patients was higher than the healthy group,SOD was lower than the healthy group,the differences were significant,there was statistical significance(P <0.05).The MDA,SOD,IL-6 were with significant difference for the experimental group before and after treatment,there was statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion Astragalus injection can improve the oxidative stress and inflammatory response for the acute exacerbation of COPD patients.
