开平市5897例狂犬病暴露人群调查分析

目的了解开平市狂犬病暴露人群的流行特征,为制定狂犬病防治策略提供依据。方法收集2008—2011年开平市疾病预防控制中心犬伤门诊5 897例狂犬病暴露人群登记资料进行统计分析。结果开平市5 897例狂犬病暴露人群中男女性别比为1.18∶1,年龄以青壮年组(15～44岁)为主,7-9月狂犬病暴露人群较多,伤口部位主要在四肢,暴露源动物以家犬为主,人用狂犬病免疫球蛋白接种率较低(7.67%)。结论为降低狂犬病的发生率,各部门要联合防制,加强犬类的免疫和管理,加强狂犬病暴露人群监测、预防狂犬病暴露,加强对狂犬病暴露后的预防处置工作,确保群众的生命安全和健康。

Rabies exposed population survey on 5 897 cases in Kaipng City

Objective]To understand epidemiological characteristics of rabies exposed population in Kaipng City,and provide the foundation for the development of rabies strategy.Methods]The data of 5897 cases of rabies exposed population registered in Kaipng City Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2008-2011 were collected and analyzed systematically.Results]The gender ratio of male to female for the 5 897 cases of rabies exposed population in Kai Ping City was 1.18 : 1.The age group was mainly youngster and adult aged 15-44 years.There were relatively more rabies exposed population in July,August and September.The majority of wounds occurred in limbs mainly caused by house dogs.The vaccination rate of human rabies immunoglobulin was comparatively low(7.67%).Conclusion]In order to lower down the incidence of rabies,cros-departments need to commit to the following prevention and control measures so that the public safety and health can be safeguarded.The measures are to strengthen the dogs immunization and control;to reinforce rabies exposed population monitoring and the prevention of rabies exposure,and to improve the medical prevention and treatment in the aftermath of rabies exposure
