妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床分析

目的探讨妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的方法及临床效果。方法将2010年1月至2011年7月我院收治的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者74例随机分为观察组37例(服用妈富隆)和对照组37例(服用炔诺酮),对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的总有效率为91.89%(34/37),对照组为72.97%(27/37),两组治疗后的总有效率相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度及平均阴道流血时间相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血清内分泌FSH、LH、E2、P相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组。结论妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血效果明显,且安全可靠。

Clinical Analysis of Marvelon on Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding at Perimenopausal Period

Objective To explore the methods and clinical effects of marvelon in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding at perimenopausal period.Methods 74 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding at perimenopausal period in our hospital from January 2010 to July 2011 were randomly divided into observation group(37 patients) and control group(37 patients).The patients in the observation group were treated with marvelon by oral administration,while the patients in the control group were treated with norethindrone by oral administration.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 91.89%(34/37) in the observation group,and wad 72.97%(27/37) in the control group;the difference of total effective rate between the two groups had statistical significance(P <0.05).The diffferences of endometrial thickness and average vaginal bleeding time after treatment between two groups had statistical significance(P <0.05).The serum FSH,LH,E2,P in the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions Marvelon has obvious effect in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding at perimenopausal period,which is safe and reliable.
