| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中药汤剂联合骶管阻滞治疗慢性肛门直肠痛的临床疗效。方法]将46例慢性肛门直肠痛患者随机分为治疗组24例、对照组22例,治疗组口服中药汤剂联合骶管阻滞治疗,对照组采用坐浴、口服及外用药物等综合治疗。每周1次,4次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程(4周)判定疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率95.83%,对照组总有效率45.45%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论]中药汤剂联合骶管阻滞治疗慢性肛门直肠疼痛,操作简单、安全、效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with sacral block in the treatment of chronic anorectal pain clinical curative effect.Methods]46 cases of chronic anorectal pain were randomly divided into the treatment group of 24 cases,22 cases of the control group,the treatment group oral administration traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with sacral block in the treatment of,control group with bath,oral and topical medications and other comprehensive treatment.1 times a week,4 times for 1 courses,1 courses of treatment(4 weeks)to judge the curative effect.Results]The total effective rate of treatment group 95.83%,control group in the total efficiency of 45.45%,the effect of the treatment group is superior to control group.Conclusion]Chinese medicine decoction combined with sacral block in the treatment of chronic anorectal pain,simple operation,safety,obvious effect. |
