食管癌术后早期应用肠内营养的临床观察和护理

目的探讨食管癌术后早期应用肠内营养的临床观察和护理。方法选取2010年2月至2012年2月间于我院接受食管癌治疗的患者48例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组24例。对照组患者于术后3d胃肠功能基本稳定后给予肠内营养及相关护理干预。观察组于术后12h开始给予肠内营养及相关护理干预。结果观察组患者的体质量平均为(56.1±4.4)kg,明显高于对照组的(54.3±4.1)kg(P<0.05);观察组患者的血清总蛋白含量为(61.3±6.1)g/L,明显高于对照组的(59.7±5.8)g/L(P<0.05)。观察组患者出现恶心呕吐症状的只有2例,明显低于对照组的3例(P<0.05);观察组患者仅有1例出现腹胀的症状,明显低于对照组的4例(P<0.05)。结论食管癌术后早期营养肠内营养以相关护理干预能显著增强患者术后的营养状况,降低并发症的发病率,效果显著,值得推广。

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Esophageal Cancer Early Postoperative Enteral Nutrition

Objective To investigate esophageal cancer early postoperative enteral nutrition,clinical observation and care.Methods To accept patients with esophageal cancer treatment in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012,48 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,n = 24 cases.The control group patients in the postoperative 3d gastrointestinal function after the basic stability of enteral nutrition and related nursing intervention.The observation group after 12h enteral nutrition and related nursing intervention.Results The patients body weight on average(56.1 ± 4.4) kg,was significantly higher(54.3 ± 4.1) kg(P<0.05);The patients,serum total protein content(61.3 ± 6.1) g/L,was significantly higher(59.7 ± 5.8) g / L,(P<0.05).The observation group were only two cases of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower than the control group,three cases(P<0.05);observe patients only 1 patient had symptoms of abdominal distension was significantly lower than the control group,4 cases(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative esophageal cancer early nutrition Enteral nutrition-related nursing intervention can significantly enhance the postoperative nutritional status,reduce the incidence of complications,the effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
