| 摘 要： | 产二素链霉菌SIPI9004经自发或诱发的突变和推理选育，得到若干耐药性变种。第六代一株变种10-29，产生螺旋霉素比原始菌株SIPI9004增产约6倍。该变种应用于工业生产(30m^3发酵罐)，发酵效价、总单位和指数三项指标比原来生产菌株F-16分别提高26．1％、33．3％和26．8％。

| Abstract: | The spontaneous or induced mutation and rational selection of Streptomyces ambofaciens SIPI90 0 4 ,a series of high- yield mutantstrains for drug- tolerance were obtained.The1 0 - 2 9mutantstrain of the sixth generation produced an approximately six- fold higher level of spiramycin than the original strain SIPI 90 0 4 .Industrial production of 1 0 - 2 9mutant strain was performed in 30 m3 fermentor.The po- tency,total units and index of fermentation increased by2 6.1 % ,33.3% and2 6.8% respectively as com- pared with the former strain F- 1 6. |
