辽西地区腹腔镜治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者的临床实践

目的:探讨腹腔镜技术在辽西地区治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者的优势和有效性。方法:回顾性分析64例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,随机分为腹腔镜手术组26例,开腹手术组38例,比较分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、总住院时间及切除淋巴结数量和宫旁组织长度。结果:腔镜组患者手术时间(190.2±50.7)min明显短于开腹组(235.4±52.5)min,腔镜术中出血量(124.5±98.5)ml明显少于开腹组(233.6±137.8)ml,术后患者排气时间(1.5±0.9)d明显短于开腹组(2.6±0.8)d,患者总住院时间(7.8±0.9)d明显短于开腹组(11.2±0.7)d,以上两组患者间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);切除淋巴结总数量和切除宫旁组织长度,两组患者间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌与传统手术相比,具有明显优势,且不影响手术分期,在辽西地区得到了成功开展。

Clinical practice of laparoscopic treatment patients for early endometrial carcinoma in west Liaoning region

Objective：To explore the advantages and effectiveness of laparoscopic treatment for early endometrial carcinoma in west Liaoning region. Methods：A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 64 endometrial carcinoma cases was done. They were ran-domly divided into laparoscopic surgery group （26 cases） and laparotomy surgery group （38 cases）. The surgery duration, blood loss volume, postoperative exhaust time, total hospital stay time, the number of resected lymph nodes and length of resected parametrium of the two group were compared. Results：The surgery duration of laparoscopic surgery group （190. 2±50. 7）min was significantly shorter than that of laparotomy group （235. 4±52. 5）min （P〈0. 05）, the blood loss volume （124. 5±98. 5）ml was significantly less than that of laparotomy group （233. 6±167. 8）ml, the postoperative exhaust time （1. 5±0. 9）d was significantly shorter than that of laparotomy group （2. 6±0. 8）d, the total hospital stay time （7. 8±0. 9）d was significantly shorter than that of laparotomy group （11. 2±0. 7）d;however, the data about the number of resected lymph nodes and length of resected parametrium between the two groups were not statis-tically significant （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions：Compared with traditional surgeries, the laparoscopic treatment patients for early endome-trial carcinoma has obvious advantage and does not affect the surgical staging. Therefore, it has been successfully carried out in west Liaoning region.
