作业疗法对改善慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响

目的:探讨作业疗法对改善慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响。方法:将80例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,对照组患者40例,给予常规药物治疗,研究组患者40例,在常规药物治疗基础上给予作业治疗。两组患者疗程均为12周。选取阴性症状量表(SANS)进行测评,对改善情况进行对比。结果:两组患者治疗前的SANS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组SANS评分显示,研究组阴性症状改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:作业疗法具有促进改善慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的功效。

Effects of occupational therapy on improvement of chronic schizophrenics negative symptoms

Objective：To explore effects of occupational therapy on improvement of chronic schizophrenics negative symptoms. Methods：80 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in control group were given routine drug treatment, while 40 patients in study group were given the occupational therapy on the basis of routine drug treatment. The two groups were treated for 12 weeks. The negative symptom scale （ SANS） was used to measure and compare the improvement. Results：There was no significant difference in the SANS score between the two groups before the treatment （P〉0. 05）; while the SANS score after the treatment showed the negative symptoms in study group were better than those in control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The occupational therapy can improve the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenics.
