针刺加穴位注射治疗颈型眩晕的临床研究

目的:观察针刺加穴位注射治疗颈型眩晕患者的临床疗效,探讨针刺加穴位注射治疗颈型眩晕的作用机制。方法:用临床实验的方法,针刺加穴位注射治疗32例颈型眩晕患者作为治疗组,单纯使用药物治疗颈型眩晕28例患者作为对照组,两组患者各自治疗1个疗程,分别观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:针刺加穴位注射治疗组32例患者,总有效率93.75%。对照组单纯使用药物治疗颈型眩晕患者28例,总有效率50%,两组患者比较有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:针刺加穴位注射治疗颈型眩晕效果优于单纯药物治疗,且可以减少药量,提高疗效,无不良反应。

Clinical research of acupuncture plus point injection in treatment of cervical vertigo

Objective：To observe clinical effects of acupuncture plus point injection in treatment of cervical vertigo, and ex-plore its action mechanism. Methods：32 patients with cervical vertigo, who were treated with acupuncture plus point injection for a course, were selected as observation group;while the other 28 patients, who only received medical treatment for a course, were used as control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results： The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 93. 75% and 50%, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The clinical effects of acupuncture plus point injection in the treatment of cervical vertigo are better than those of single medical treatment, and it can reduce the dosage and improve the curative effect, and has no adverse reactions.
