苦葫芦中降血糖成分的分离纯化研究

摘    要:目的分离纯化从苦葫芦中提取分离得到的降血糖组分,确定活性显著成分的纯度。方法采用硅胶柱层析法,以得到的各成分对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病小鼠的血糖值的影响作为筛选指标,确定活性降血糖成分;用高效液相色谱法分离,确定活性降血糖成分的纯度。结果经分离纯化得到的组分E的降血糖活性最显著(P〈0.01,n=6);高效液相色谱图中仅1个吸收峰。结论用该法分离、纯化得到的组分E降血糖作用显著且纯度高。

Abstract:Objective To isolate and purify the active components of hypoglycemic in bitter Hyacinth and to identify the purity of the active component. Methods To isolate and purify by silica gel column chromatography. To identify the effective hypoglycemic component obtained from separated extract, with the impact levels of each component for glucose of the alloxan- diabetic mice as the screening indicator. The purity was identified with HPLC method. Results The active of component E was highest in lowering blood glucose(P 〈 0. 01, n =6). There was only one absorption peak. Conclusion The component E separated and purified with the method has significantly hypoglycemic effect and its purity is higher.
