| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察体外循环中预充血定安对预充液胶体渗透压的影响。方法 :10例 (实验组 )心内直视术患者体外循环预充液总量的 3 4采用血定安 ,另 1 4采用平衡盐、4 %碳酸氢钠和 2 0 %甘露醇 ;同时和 10例 (对照组 )体外循环预充液总量的 3 4采用平衡盐 ,另 1 4采用血浆、4 %碳酸氢钠和 2 0 %甘露醇的患者比较 ;观察体外循环中血定安对预充液的胶体渗透压的影响。结果 :在基本相同的条件下 ,实验组的胶体渗透压比对照组的胶体渗透压显著增高 ,2组相比有明显的差异性 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :体外循环中大剂量预充血定安可以明显提高转流过程中的胶体渗透压

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Gelofusine for colloid osmosis pressure(COP) during cardiopulmonary bypass.Method:In test group (10 cases),the 3/4 volume of total prince was Gelofusine.The other 1/4 volume contain 4% NaHCO-3,20% Mannitol.In control group (10 cases),The 3/4 volume of total volume was crystal,the other 1/4 volume contain 4% NaHCO-3 (50～100 ml),20% Mannitol (50～100 ml),blood plasma (200～250 ml).To observe the effect of Gelofusine for COP during CPB.Result:In the same condition,the average COP in test group was much higher than control group ( P <0 001).Conclusion:Large|dose Gelofusine could rise COP during CPB. |
