| 摘 要： | 目的:通过正交试验法优选出正柴胡饮口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷的含量和干膏收率为指标,按正交表L9(34)设计试验,考察煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水量3个因素。结果:得出最佳提取工艺为:用8倍量的水煎煮3次,每次0.5 h。结论:优选出的提取工艺合理可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Zheng-chai-hu oral liquid.Methods:The extraction process of Zheng-chai-hu oral liquid was optimized by L_9(3~4) orthogonal test with paecniflorin and the yield of extract as index,and with duration of decotion,times of decotion and the amount of water added as three factors.Results:The optimum extraction condition was the following,the amount of water added to which was 8 times that of medical material,and it was decocted 30 minutes each time for 3 times.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is suitable and feasible. |
