护理人员传染病职业防护调查分析

目的了解护理人员传染病职业防护知识现状,为实施传染病职业防护护理培训提供依据. 方法采用自行设计的传染病职业护理防护知识调查表,对广东省6所医院300名护理人员基本情况、防护知识获得途径、常用防护方式、传染病法律法规防护知识需求、培训后感受、面对传染病焦虑心理反应以及防护应对方式等内容进行调查. 结果护理人员的传染病防护知识欠缺,护理人员面对传染病的职业心理状态较差,与常模比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05);护理人员应对方式与工作岗位、工作角色及工作年限相关. 结论针对护理人员的传染病职业防护知识现状及需求,护理管理者应提供相应的职业防护知识和技术及心理支持等职业防护培训.

Occupational Protection Against Infectious Diseases among Paramedics:An Investigation and Analysis

OBJECTIVE To identify the actuality of occupational protection against infectious diseases among paramedics, it is one of the reference in putting this protection in practice. METHODS Questionnaires about occupational protection against infectious diseases were used among 300 paramedics in the six hospitals of Guangdong Province. The contents included basic status, law regulations, the approach of gaining,common using, requirement knowledge of this protection, gain after training, reaction of mentality and manner of reply to this protection. RESULTS The paramedics were lack of the knowledge of this protection.There were significant differences in the worriment mentation between paramedics and ordinary persons. Their manner of reply to this protection was related to their station,role and fixed number of year. CONCLUSIONS The nursing manager must provide training of this protection, which includes knowledge and technique of it and mentality sustainment, to the paramedics according their status and requirement of occupational protection against infectious diseases.
