人群体质与中医美容

体质是机体在功能活动、代谢过程、形体结构上相对稳定的特征。中医美容包括形、神两方面：形即皮肤、毛发、五官、形体；神即精神气质、情绪背景。美容应该是形神俱美和谐。体质虽然和美容没有直接的关系，但却是形体肥瘦、肌肉松紧、皮肤粗细、毛发疏密、气质性格、体气口气的温床与土壤。形神与体质之间的相关性有一定规律性可循。常见的美容问题：肥胖、黄褐斑、痤疮等的发生、发展、疗效均与体质密切相关。关注体质，围绕体质进行美容保健或美容治疗，就会把握整体，抓住根本，因此本文提出体质调整、体制美容的概念。
