半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃食管反流病43例

目的观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法将2009至2012年间入选的胃食管反流病患者90例，随机分为观察组（n=43）与对照组（n=47），对照组给予口服奥美拉唑＋吗丁啉方案，观察组在此基础上加服半夏泻心汤加减，治疗2个疗程后对比两组临床症状改善情况与食管炎治疗效果。结果服药2个疗程后，两组患者临床症状与食管炎均明显改善，观察组改善程度均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；临床症状总有效与食管炎总有效观察组均高于对照组（90．70％对78．72％；90．63％对75．76％），但差异均不具有统计学差异（P〉0．05）；观察组与对照组患者服药期间药品不良反应发生率分别为25．58％和17．02％，差异也不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病能明显改善胃肠功能，保护食管黏膜，促进炎症修复，临床安全性较高。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Banxia Xiexin Decoction for Treating Gastroesophageal Re- flux Disease on 43 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal refux disease（GERD）. Methods 90 cases of GERD from 2009-2012 were randomized into the observation group（n =43） and the control group（n=47）.The control group was given the scheme of oral omeprazole and domperidone,while on this basis the treatment group was added modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction. After 2 courses of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the curative effica- cy of reflux esophagitis were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical symptoms and esophagitis in the two groups were significantly improved,but the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）; the total effective rate of the clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of esophagitis in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（90. 70% vs. 78.72% ;90. 63% vs. 75.76% ）,the differences between the two groups was not statistically different（ P 〉 0. 05）;the occurrence rates of adverse drug reactions during treatment were 25.58% and 17.02% re- spectively,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of GERD can improve the gastrointestinal function,protect the esophageal mucosa,promote the inflammation repair and have the higher clinical safety.
