住院精神障碍患者发生安全意外事件的影响因素及对策

目的：探索住院精神障碍患者发生安全意外事件的特点及应对策略。方法对在2010年10月至2013年10月期间临沂市精神卫生中心上报护理部的60例护理安全意外事件进行事件类型、发生原因等方面的回顾性分析。结果前四位的类型为：跌伤28例（占46．8％）、外走10例（占16．7％）、自伤或他伤7例（占11．7％）及自杀6例（占10．0％）；前四位的原因是：沟通不良14例（占23．4％）、预判不足12例（占20．0％）、疾病/药物影响11例（占18．3％）、管理不当9例（占15．0％）。结论完善和落实护理安全管理体系，提升护理人员的风险意识和综合业务素质，可有效预防与降低精神障碍住院患者安全意外事件的发生，并提高护患两方面的满意度。

INFLUENCING FACTORS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF ACCIDENTS IN HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS WITH MENTAL DISORDERS

Objective To explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of accidents in hospitalized patients with mental disorders .Methods Retrospective analyses of 60 cases of nursing accidents that had been reported to Linyi City Mental Health Center from Octo-ber ,2010 to October ,2013 were made in this study .Results The top four types of common types in were falling injury of 28 cases （46 .8% ） ,walking outside of 10 patients （16 .7% ） ,self-inflicted wound of 7 cases （11 .7% ） and suicide of 6 cases （10 .0% ） .The top four influencing factors were poor communication of 14 cases （23 .4% ） ,insufficient anticipation of 12 cases （20 .0% ） ,disease or drug effects of 11 cases （18 .3% ） and mismanagement of 9 cases （15 .0% ） .Conclu-sion Improving and implementing nursing safety management system ,enhancing the overall level of risk awareness and comprehensive professional quality can effectively prevent and reduce safety incidents in mental health hospitals to improve both nurses’ and patients’ satisfaction .
