| 摘 要： | 目的观察西替利嗪联合吡嘧司特钾治疗慢性荨麻疹的治疗效果。方法将慢性荨麻疹患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，治疗组采用西替利嗪片联合吡嘧司特钾片治疗，对照组则只服用西替利嗪治疗。结果治疗组的有效率为88．9％，明显高于对照组71．1％，两组对比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论西替利嗪联合吡嘧司特钾治疗慢性荨麻疹具有较好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of the combined use of pemirolast potassium and cetirizine on chronic urticaria. Methods 90 cases of chronic urticaria were randomly divided into the treatment and the contrast groups. The 45 cases in the treatment group were treated with the combined use of pemirolast potassium and cetirizine, while the 45 eases in the cont-ast group were treated only with cetirizine. Results The curative rates in the treatment group and the con trast group were 88.9% and 71.1% respectively（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of pemirolast potassium and cetirizine can produce good curative effects on chronic urticaria. |
