综合心理干预对脑出血术后抑郁患者康复的影响

目的：探讨综合心理干预对脑出血术后抑郁患者 HAMD评分及Barthel指数评价的影响。方法将神经外科78例脑出血术后抑郁患者随机等分为对照组和观察组，两组均给予神经外科常规治疗与护理，观察组再实施综合心理干预，比较两组抑郁患者的 HAMD评分、术后日常生活能力（采用Barthel指数评价）和家属对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组抑郁症状 HAMD评分明显低于对照组，家属对护理工作的满意度和术后日常生活能力Barthel指数评价明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论综合心理干预能减轻患者的抑郁症状，帮助其恢复日常生活能力，提高护理工作满意度。

IMMACT OF COMPERHENSIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION ON DE -PRE SSION AFTER CERBRAL HEMORRHAGE REHABILITATION PATIENTS

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of brain hemorrhage in patients with postoperative de-pression HAMD score and Barthel index evaluation of comprehensive psychological intervention .Meth-odsneurosurgery randomly depressed patients after cerebral hemorrhage 78 cases were divided into control group and observation group ,two groups were given conventional treatment and care in neurosurgery , and then observe the implementation of comprehensive psychological intervention group compared two groups of patients with depression HAMD score postoperative activities of daily living （ Barthel index as-sessment using ） and their families to nursing job satisfaction .ResultsThe study group depression HAMD scores were significantly lower than the control group ,family care and job satisfaction and postoperative evaluation of activities of daily living Barthel index was significantly higher ,the differences were statisti-cally significant （ P 〈0 .05） .ConclusionIntegrated psychological intervention can reduce depressive symp-toms ,help restore activities of daily living ,improve nursing job satisfaction .
