食管鳞状细胞癌 ERCC1表达与临床病理特征的相关性研究

目的：研究食管鳞状细胞癌中ERCC1表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法对102例食管鳞状细胞癌患者术后肿瘤组织及癌旁正常食管粘膜组织蜡块用免疫组化方法检测 ERCC1蛋白质表达，分析其在二者中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 ERCC1在癌组织中的阳性表达率为62．7％，在癌旁正常食管粘膜组织中的阳性表达率为9．8％，二者比较有统计学意义（χ2＝61．84，P ＜0．01）。ERCC1表达与淋巴结转移（χ2＝5．822，P ＜0．05）和临床分期（χ2＝4．40，P＜0．05）相关，与分化程度、浸润深度、肿瘤长度、Ki-67标记指数无明显相关（ P ＞0．05）。结论ERCC1在食管鳞状细胞癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用，ERCC1的表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期相关。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EXPRESSIONS OF ESCC AND THE CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） and the clinicopathological characteristics .Methods The expressions in the tumor tis-sues and in the normal tissues in mucous membrane of esophagus near the tumors in 120 cases of ERCC were detected with immunohistochemistry .The relationship between the expressions and the clinicopatho-logical characteristics was analyzed .Results The rate of positive expression in ERCC tissues was 62 .7% , and the positive rate in the normal tissues in mucous membrane of esophagus near the tumors was 9 .8%（χ2=61 .84 ,P 〈0 .01） .The ERCC expression was related to lymph node metastasis （χ2 =5 .822 ,P 〈0 . 05） and clinical stage（χ2 =4 .40 ,P 〈0 .05） ,but not related to the degree of differentiation ,the depth of invasion ,the length of tumor and the Ki-67 label index（ P〉0 .05） .Conclusion The expression of ERCC is related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of ESCC.
