摘    要:目的为了解宿主动物密度、构成和感染情况,为防治出血热工作提供科学依据。方法夹夜法。结果 2008-2010年共捕鼠700只,共4科7属9种,分布于居民庭院、库房及野外农田、草地、灌木丛等。优势种为黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠,平均鼠密度为3.83%,带毒率为9%。结论凤城地区的流行性出血热疫情流行高峰和春秋季节鼠密度较高密切相关,为此控制出血热的发生和流行关键在于春秋季前开展村内外较大规模的灭鼠防鼠工作和出血热疫苗接种工作。减少劳作和家庭环境中与鼠的接触及提高免疫力,是控制和降低出血热发病的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective In order to know the host animal density, composition and infection, and provide scientific basis for hemorrhagic fever control. Methods Night trap method. Results A total of 700 mice, belonging to 4 families ,7 genera 9 species in 2008 -2010, which located in residential courtyard, storeroom and farm field, grass, bushes and other. The dominant species were Apodemus agrarius and Rattus norvegicus. The average density was 3. 83% , the poison rate was 9% . Conclusion Fengeheng area of EHF epidemic peak and autumn rat density is higher in closely related. This control fever incidence and prevalence of key lies in the spring and autumn before the launch of village inside and outside the larger size of rodent prevention work and hemorrhagic fever vaccination work. It is necessary to reduce the labor and the home environment and rat exposure and improve immunity, so as to control and reduce the incidence of hemorrhagic fever effectively.
