| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨枕大孔区神经鞘瘤的手术入路及显微外科治疗.方法 显微手术切除枕大孔区神经鞘瘤21例,其中19例采用枕下后正中入路,2例采用改良的远外侧入路.结果 手术21例均全切.无手术死亡,及手术致残.21例患者术后症状消失,恢复良好.结论 采取适合的手术入路及显微外科治疗可以提高枕大孔区肿瘤的全切率及临床疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To study surgical approach and microsurgical treatment of foramen magnum neurinoma.Methods Of 21 patients with foramen magnum neurinoma underwent microsurgical treatment 19 by sub-occipital medline approach and 2 by lateral approach.Results All patients got total removal,no disability and death case due to surgical treatment,and all symptoms relieved after operation.Conclusions Microsurgical operation and appropriate surgical approach can effectively improve curative results of foramen magnum neurinomas. |
