丹东市疟疾疫区中华按蚊监测结果分析

摘    要:目的掌握丹东市中华按蚊密度及季节消长,为预防疟疾提供科学依据。方法人诱帐法。结果 2008年捕获的中华按蚊占捕蚊总数的3.85%,2009年捕获的中华按蚊占捕获总数的3.70%,2010年捕获的中华按蚊占捕获总数的2.90%,中华按蚊活动时间为6月上旬-10月下旬,高峰季节为7-9月。结论丹东地区中华按蚊和疟疾发病率相吻合,必须做到减少蚊虫叮咬,才能降低疟疾发病率。

Abstract:Objective To learn the density and seasonal fluctuation of Anopheles sinensis, and provide scientific evidence for malaria control in Dandong city. Methods Net trapping was conducted. Results The active peroid of Anopheles sinensis in Dandong was from June to October, the peak period was from June to September. Anopheles sinensis occupied 3.85% in 2008,3.70% in 2009,2.90% in 2010. Conclusion The malaria incidence rate accords with the sensonal fluctuation of Anopheles sinensis in Dandong city. It is necessary to reduce being stung by mosquitoes for malaria control.
