致倦库蚊对5种杀虫剂的抗药性测定

摘    要:目的了解长沙市致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,以便指导科学合理地使用杀虫剂。方法对常用的5种杀虫剂用幼虫浸渍法测定LC50。结果 2010年致倦库蚊的抗性与2004年相比,5种杀虫剂中4种都有所增长。结论长沙市致倦库蚊对5种常用杀虫剂都呈高抗性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to commonly used insecticides and provide evidence for scientific application of insecticides in Changsha.Methods Soaking test-larva soaking in insecticide solution was used in the experiment to test medium lethal concentration of the larva to five commonly used insecticides.Results In Changsha,the resistance of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to four kinds of insecticides has increased,compared with the resistance in 2004.Conclusion Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in Changsha presents high-resistance to five kinds of commonly used insecticides.
