张家港口岸病媒生物监测与控制

摘    要:目的了解张家港口岸病媒生物的密度,为制定口岸病媒生物控制措施提供参考依据。方法分别采用夹夜法、笼诱法、诱蚊灯诱捕法和盒式诱捕法,对张家港口岸内的鼠形动物、蚊类、蝇类和蟑螂4种生物病媒进行密度监测。结果张家港口岸的鼠形动物以小家鼠为主,其次为大麝鼩,食堂密度相对较高,其他区域较低。蝇类以金蝇(大头金蝇)为主,其次为家蝇,垃圾桶附近年平均蝇密度最高,办公区最少。蚊种以淡色库蚊为优势种,其次为中华按蚊,伊蚊最低,成蚊密度在有人群活动的门卫值班室附近较高,夜晚人群活动相对较少的办公楼附近密度较低。蟑螂以德国小蠊和黑胸大蠊为主,以食堂的密度较高,办公室和更衣室较低。结论通过监测和防控,基本掌握了张家港口岸病媒生物的种群构成、生境分布及季节消长规律,并使其密度得到了有效控制,提高了张家港口岸病媒生物监测和防控的能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the density of biological vectors at Zhangjiagang port and provide references for the vectors' control.Methods Night trap method,cage-traps,lamp-traps and sticky box-traps were used to perform the density investigation of rat-shape animals,mosquito,fly and cockroach within the port.Results The rat-shape animals mainly consisted of Mus musculus,then was Crocidura lasiura,with higher density in the area of cateen than others.The fly mainly consisted of Chrysomyia megacephala and Musca domestica with the highest density in the area around the garbage can and the lowest in office area.The major kinds of masquito were Culex pipiens and Anopheles sinensis,and Aedes albopictus was the least.The density of adult masquito around the duty room of gate keepers was much higher than the office building during the night.Blattlella germanica and Periplaneta fuliginosa predominated the cockroach which showed higher density in the area of canteen and lower in offices and dressing rooms.Conclusion The species structure,habitat distribution and seasonal varieties of the biological vectors at Zhangjiagang port are fundamentally grasped and the density is under effective control through monitoring and control.The capability of the biological vectors' monitoring and control of Zhangjiagang port is raised through the process.
