中医药治疗癌性发热的探讨

目的探讨癌性发热的中医治疗. 方法从热毒积聚,里热炽盛,气滞血淤,日久生热;痰湿凝结,蕴而化热;气血两虚,虚热内生,营阴脱失,浮阳外越等方面对于癌性发热的病因、病机方面进行分析. 结果在临床的辨证论治方面将癌性发热分为4型:阴虚发热型、气虚血亏型、肝经湿热型、瘀血内阻型进行辨证论治,取得较好的疗效. 结论中医中药治疗癌性发热虽有其优势,但在临床治疗的过程中缺乏规范的疗效评定标准,应强调肿瘤发热的治疗的个体化差异,既要考虑照顾胃气,又不可过用发散或苦寒之品,以免耗气伤阴败胃.

Treatment of Carcinoma Fever by Traditional Chinese Medicine

OBJECTIVE To discuss about the treatment of carcinoma fever by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). METHODS Carcinoma fever is difficult to treat in clinics.With TCM,it could treat fever,and also could support healthy-Qi to eliminate pathogenic factors.From etiology and pathogenic analysis the mechanism about carcinoma fever is as follows: hot and poison accumulation,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis,stagnation of phlegm-dampness,as well as deficiency of Qi and Yin. RESULTS In the treatment we have divided the fever into 4 types: the fever caused by Yin deficiency;the fever caused by deficiency of Qi and blood;the fever caused by damp-heat of liver;and the fever caused by stagnation of phlegm-dampness.We used TCM having the good effective in treatment of carcinoma fever. CONCLUSIONS The TCM to treat carcinoma fever has its advantage,but up-to-now it lacks of the standard to evaluate the curative effect,and at the same time treatment of the carcinoma fever should be to consider the individualization principle.
