气囊漂浮电极床旁临时起搏的临床应用体会

目的:探讨床旁心脏临时起搏的安全可靠性.方法:在床旁无X线显示下根据体表心电图对156例因各种心律失常应用气囊漂浮电极床旁临时起搏的病例进行总结分析,130例采用左锁骨下静脉,13例采用右锁骨下静脉,12例采用右股静脉,1例采用右颈内静脉.结果:153例起搏成功,未出现心肌穿孔、血气胸等并发症.通过起搏心电图和导管深度指导下应用漂浮电极起搏成功率98%.结论:应用气囊漂浮电极进行床旁心脏临时起搏是一项安全、有效、可行的起搏方法.

Clinical application of bedside temporary cardiac pacing by invading balloon-tipped floating catheter

Objective To probe into the fact that the bedside temporary cardiac pacing by invading balloon-tipped floating catheter is safe and convenient. Methods To analse 156 patients with arrhythmias who received bedside temporary cardiac pacing by the guiding of electrocardiogram, 130 of left subclavian vein, 13 of right subclavian vein, 12 of femoral vein and 1 of internal jugular vein approach. Results 153 patients were successfully performed with bedside temporary cardiac pacing without complications such as cardiac perforation, hemothorax and pneumothorax. Guided by the QRS morphology of pacing electrocardiogram and the depth of catheter ,the success rate was 98%. Conclusion Bedside temporary cardiac pacing by invading balloon-tipped floating catheter is a safe and convenient approach.
