摘    要:目的:观察联合使用全反式维甲酸(all-trans-retinoic acid,ATRA)和1,25-二羟维生素D3对大肠癌细胞株LoVo的影响。方法:以MTT法测定细胞生长,碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatases,ALP)比活性检测细胞分化。结果:ATAR和1,25-二羟维生素D3对LoVo生长的抑制作用在一定浓度范围内呈时间深度依赖关系,联合用药时抑制作用增强。经药物作用细胞后肠型ALP逐渐升高。结论:联合使用ATRA逐渐升高

Abstract:Objective:To observe the differentiation effects of combinative use of all trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D 3 on large intestinal cancer cells. Methods:Growth inhibition was studied using MTT assay. Differentiation was assessed by alkaline phosphatases (ALP) relative activities. Results:The inhibitions of ATRA and 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D 3 on LoVo appeared in a dose and time dependent manners. The inhibition was increased as combinative use of both of them. The intestinal type of ALP was gradually increased by drug treatment. Conclusion:The differentiation effects of combinative use of ATRA and 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D 3 on LoVo cells was better than that of use of any one inducer only.
