RP-HPLC同时测定知母中芒果苷和新芒果苷含量

 目的 建立一种RP-HPLC测定知母及其总黄酮提物、片剂中芒果苷和新芒果苷含量的方法。方法 采用色谱柱为C₁₈-ODS反相柱,Hypersil填料(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol·L^-1 NaH₂PO₄(pH3.20)(10:90),检测波长317nm。结果 芒果苷和新芒果苷分别在2.0～40.5,3.0～59.2μg·mL^-1的浓度内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,0.9995)。回收率分别为96.4%(RSD=1.79％,n=5),97.1％(RSD=2.14％,n=5)。结论本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于该药材及其制剂原料中芒果苷和新芒果苷的含量测定。

Determination of mangiferin and neomangiferin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenal using RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC assay for the determination of mangiferin and neomangiferin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenal as well as its total ilavones.METHODS The determination was performed on a C₁₈-ODS column(200 mm×4.6mm,5μm),with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L^-1 NaH₂PO₄ (adjusting pH to 3.20) (10:90) .The detection wavelength was at 317 nm.RESULTS Both of mangiferin and neomaniferin showed good linearity over the ranges of 2.0～40.5μg.mL^-1(r=0.9997)and 3.0～59.2μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997), respectively.The recoveries were 96.4% (RSD=1.79%,n=5)for mangiferin and 97.1% (RSD=2.14%,n=5) for neomangiferin. CONCLUSION This method was easy, rapid, accurate, and sensitive.It will be employed for determining mangiferin and neomangiferin in herbe and tablets.
