| 摘 要： | 目的:观察普萘洛尔、硝苯地平、卡托普利对清醒的二肾一夹(2KIC)高血压大鼠压力感受反射敏感性(BRS)的影响。方法:用改良的Smyth方法测BRS。结果:2KIC高血压大鼠的BRS显著降低,服用普萘洛尔和卡托普利能改善BRS,而硝苯地平没有这一作用。结论:这对预测抗高血压药能否改善高血压的预后有临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of propranolol, nifedipine, and captopril on baroreflex sensitivity(BRS) of lucid twokindey-one-clip(2KlC) hypertensive rats. Method: BRS was measured by means of modified Smyth's method. Results: BRS were decreased significantly in 2K1C hypertensive rats, and BRS were improved by administration of propranolol or captopril, but nifedipine had no such effect. Conclusion: The results are useful to predict whether antihypertensives can improve the prognosis of hypertensive patients in clinical practice. |
