摘    要:目的探讨减轻护生毕业实习前焦虑程度的有效方法。方法将123名本科护生随机分成研究组62名,对照组61名。研究组进行实习相关知识的讲座,同时采用情境模拟结合换位思考训练;对照组仅参加讲座,未进行模拟训练。实施前后分别采用交往焦虑量表(IAS)对两组护生进行测试。结果随着实习的临近,两组护生焦虑程度增高(P〈0.01),但研究组和对照组实施前后焦虑变化不同(P〈0.01)。结论情境模拟结合换位思考法能有效降低护生毕业实习前的焦虑程度。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the way on the relieving effect of the pre-internship anxiety of nursing students. Methods One hundred and twenty-three nursing college students were divided into two groups at random, with 62 in experimental group and 61 in control group. The students in the experimental group were given lectures on relevant knowledge, simulation was performed and training concerning empathetic thinking was held. The students in the control group were only given lectures but no simulation. The Interaction Anxiousness Scale was used to test the anxiety in the two groups.Results The level of the anxiety was increased in two groups as internship became imminent, and the level was significant difference between two groups before and after implement(P<0.01). Conclusion Simulation in combination with empathetic thinking training is an effective way to relieve the anxiety of the nursing students before the internship.
