呋喃唑酮、阿莫西林和奥美拉唑三联治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡临床效果观察

目的探讨呋喃唑酮、阿莫西林和奥美拉唑三联治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡临床效果。方法选择我院消化性溃疡患者80例,上述患者被随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素。观察组患者给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮。两组患者三联疗法均治疗7d。两组而后继续服用奥美拉唑3周。结果观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈率为95.0%,对照组治愈率为75.0%,观察组治愈率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呋喃唑酮、阿莫西林和奥美拉唑三联治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡治愈率高,幽门螺杆菌根除率高,临床效果显著。

Clinical Efficacy of Triple-therapy including Furazolidone,Amoxicillin and Omeprazole on Digestive Ulcer with Helicobactor Pylori(Hp) Infection

Objective To explore the Clinical efficacy of triple-therapy including furazolidone, amoxicillin and omeprazole on digestive ulcer with helicobactor pylori （Hp） infection. Methods 80 cases with digestive ulcer with helicobactor pylori infection were selected, and divided into observation group and control group. Amoxicillin, clarithromycin and omeprazole were given to control group, furazolidone, amoxicillin and omeprazole was used to observation group. Results The eradication rate of H.Pylori in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）; The cure rate in observation group was 95.0%, the cure rate in control group was 75.0%, the cure rate in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）; the adverse reaction in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Triple-therapy including furazolidone, amoxicillin and omeprazole on digestive ulcer with Hp infection has significant efficacy, which has high eradication rate of H.Pylori and cure rate.
