| 摘 要： | 目的建立桃红促孕合剂的质量标准。方法色谱柱Agilent-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(14:86),检测波长为316nm,柱温:35℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果阿魏酸在0.0124~0.2477μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.23%。结论建立了桃红促孕合剂的质量标准,该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,用于桃红促孕合剂中阿魏酸的含量,可以用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a standard for determination Ferulic Acid in TaoHongcuyun mixture. Method Chromatographic colum was Agilent- C18（150mm×4.6mm, 5μm）; the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution（14：86） the flow rate was 0.8mL/min, the temperature of column was 35℃, and the detection wavelength was 316 nm. Result The linear range of Ferulic Acid was 0.0124-0.2477μg,r=0.9999. The average recovery of Ferulic Acid was 99.42%and RSD was 0.85%. Conclusion The method is simple ,sensitive and accurte and can be used to determine Ferulic Acid in TaoHongcuyun mixture and quality control of TaoHongcuyun mixture. |
