宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉160例临床分析

目的对患有子宫内膜息肉的患者采用宫腔镜手术的方式进行治疗的临床效果进行对比分析。方法采用随机抽样的方式,在2006年1月至2010年1月这四年时间里,抽取160例在我院就诊的被确诊为子宫内膜息肉的临床患者病例,再将其分为A、B两组,平均每组80例患者,A组患者选择宫腔镜定位后刮宫术进行治疗;B组患者采用单纯的宫腔镜宫内膜息肉切除术进行治疗。对两组患者在临床治疗效果、手术出血量和手术时间、并发症和不良反应现象等方面进行系统的对比分析。结果分析结果表明,B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组患者比较,其有效率明显高出很多,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);该组患者的手术时间和书中出血量也明显少于A组患者,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);且出现术后并发症和不良反应的患者例数较A组少,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论利用宫腔镜技术对患有子宫内膜息肉的患者进行治疗,其临床治疗效果、患者转归、并发症情况,均较开腹手术理想,且具有安全性高、微创等独特优势,可以作为临床对该病患者进行治疗的首选方法,在今后的临床治疗工作中进行应用。

Conclusion Hysteroscopy technology use with endometrial polyps of the patients treated, the clinical treatment effect, patient outcome, complications, which is open surgery, and has the ideal high security and minimally invasive unique advantages, such as can be used as a treatment for patients with clinical against the disease in the future, the preferred method of the clinical treatment of work application.
