女性盆腔肿块123例CT诊断价值

目的：分析探讨不同性质盆腔肿块的CT特征,以提高诊断与鉴别诊断水平。材料与方法：回顾探讨分析123例检查结果和手术病理诊断进行分析。结果：盆腔肿块的CT特征在一定程度上反了病变的性质,具有比较高的特征性。CT诊断与临床诊断结果符合120例,诊断符合率为97.5%。结论：CT诊断盆腔肿块对指导临床具有重要价值。

CT Diagnosis Value About 123 Cases of Female Pelvic Cavity Mass

Purpose： To analyse the CT characteristic of different pelvic cavity mass, so as to improve diagnosis and differential diagnosis level. Materials and Methods： To discuss and analyse the medical records of 123 eases of pelvic cavity mass, CT examination and operat- ing pathological diagnosis. Results： The CT characteristic of pelvic cavity reflects the pathological change nature in the cartain degree, which has a higher characteristic. The CT diagnosis and the clinical diagnosis result conforms to 120 cases of diagnoses. The coincidence rete is 97.5%. Conclusion： CT diagnosis of pelvic cavity mass is of great value to guide clinical therapy.
