深圳市沙井街道流动人口孕产妇住院分娩影响因素及社区干预措施

目的探讨影响流动人口孕产妇住院分娩的相关因素,以提高流动人口孕产妇的住院分娩率,降低孕产妇死亡率和婴幼儿死亡率。方法采取随机抽样的方法,对深圳市宝安区沙井街道的流动人口中300名孕产妇进行回顾性的问卷调查,并进行相应的分析。结果流动人口孕产妇住院分娩率随家庭收入的增加而上升;随产妇文化程度的提高而上升;初产妇与经产妇的住院分娩率间差别有显著性意义。结论影响深圳市流动人口孕产妇住院分娩率的主要因素有经济困难、文化程度、胎育史、传统观念、躲避计划生育等。

Impacting Factors on Hospital Delivery of Floating Population Maternity in Shenzhen City and Community - Based Interventions

Objective To explore relative factors influencing the hospital delivery of floating population maternity,in order to increase the hospital delivery rate of floating population maternity,and reduce the maternal and infantile mortality rates.Methods Random sampling method was used in retrospective questionnaire surveys for 300 floating population maternity in Shajing community of Baoan district in Shenzhen city,and the corresponding statistical analysis was conducted.Results The hospital delivery rate of floating population maternity increased with the rise of family incomes,and the education background of the gravida.There was a significant difference in hospital delivery between the primiparae and pluriparae.Conclusion The main factors influencing the hospital delivery rate of floating population maternity in Shenzhen Are economic difficulty,educational background,fertilization maternal history,traditional conception and poor understanding of family planning.
