2002～2004年包头市食品从业人员HBsAg携带情况调查

[目的]了解包头市食品从业人员HBsAg携带情况,为制订预防对策提供依据.[方法]应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)对包头市2002～2004年食品从业人员检测HBsAg,对HBsAg阳性者进行HBeAg的检测.[结果]2002～2004年共检测食品从业人员20 950人,HBsAg阳性的331例,阳性率1.58%.男性从业人员HBsAg阳性率1.80%,显著高于女性(1.42%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).不同年龄组HBsAg阳性率的差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).不同行业的食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率,食品商场(0.69%)低于宾馆饭店(1.68%)、食品加工厂(1.65%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).不同性别、不同年龄、不同行业HBsAg阳性率均低于普通人群.[结论]HBsAg阳性率这几年呈较低水平;食品从业人员每年一次乙肝检测有利于发现乙肝病毒传染源,对防止乙肝的继续传播是十分重要的.

Investigation on HBsAg Carrying Situation of Staff from Catering Enterprises in Baotou from 2002 to 2004

[Objective]To understand the epidemic situation of HB among catering enterprise staff in Baotou,in order to provide basis to measure making for its control.[Methods]To test HBsAg by ELISA for catering enterprise staff and test HBeAg for HBsAg positive ones from 2002 to 2004.[Results]20 950 persons were tested,among which 331 were HBsAg positive,accounting for 1.58%.the positive rate of the male was 1.80%,with the statistic significance(P<0.05)compared with the female(1.42%).There were no statistic significance of the positive rates between different age groups.As for different kinds of enterprises,food market(0.69%)was lower than restaurant(1.68%0 and food processing factory(1.65%),there were statistic significance(P<0.05)between them.The HBsAg positive rate of catering enterprise staff was lower than ordinary population.[Conclusion]The HBsAg positive rate of catering enterprise staff showed decreasing trend,HB test one time a year for them was very important for HB control and prevention.
