湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效观察

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果.方法:2004～2007年,160例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为A、B两组,月经干净后3天～7天,均采用WNZ 普通型微波治疗仪治疗,微波输出功率为50W.A组(80例)单纯采用微波治疗,B 组(80例)先用微波治疗,治疗后创面局部涂抹MEBO,2个月内避免盆浴,4个月内禁止性生活.结果:A、B两组中,Ⅰ度糜烂组单纯采用微波治疗有效率为92.4%,合用MEBO有效率100%,两组无明显差异;而痊愈率A 组为57.1%,B组加用MEBO高达76.5%,经χ2检验P<0.05,差异有显著性.在Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度单纯微波治疗中,A组有效率分别为81.3%和53.8%,痊愈率分别为18.8%和7.6%;B组经联用MEBO,其有效率分别为97.0%和83.4%,痊愈率分别为38.2%和41.7%,经χ2检验P<0.01,有非常大的显著性差异.结论:MEBO 配合微波治疗可明显提高宫颈糜烂临床治疗效果.

The Curative Effect of MEBO Combined with Microwave Therapy on Cervical Erosion

Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO combined with Microwave therapy on cervical erosion. Methods ： 160 patients with cervical erosion were collected from 2004 to 2007. All cases were divided into A group （80 cases） and B group （80 cases） randomly. 3 -7 days after menstruation period, all patients were treated with WNZ Microwave therapy apparatus （ common type）, the output power of which was 50W. The patients in A group was treated by microwave therapy only, while the patients was treated by microwave firstly, and then applied MEBO to the wound of post - treatment in B group. Avoided bath within 2 months and prohibited sex life within 4 months. Results： For mild erosive patients （one degree）, the effective rate was 92. 4% in A group, while was 100% in B group. There was no significant difference. But healing rate of B group （76.5%） was significant higher than that of A group （57. 1% ）. There was significant difference between two groups, by χ^2 test, P value was less than 0. 05. The effective rate, for the patients with second and third degree cervical erosion in the A group, was 81.3% and 53.8% respectively, healing rate was 18. 8% and 7.6% correspondingly. In the B group, the effective rate was 97.0% and 83.4% respectively; healing rate was 38.2% and 41.7% correspondingly. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： MEBO combining with microwave can improve the curative effect of treating cervical erosion.
