脑血管病继发癫痫临床分析

目的对脑血管病继发癫痫的特征等进行研究,探讨脑血管病与继发癫痫之间的关系。方法回顾性分析我科2008年3月至2011年3月收治的56例脑血管病继发癫痫患者的临床资料。结果脑血管病继发癫痫的发病率为6.79%(56/825),脑出血组高于脑梗死组(P<0.05),早发性多于迟发性,发作类型以全身强直阵挛发作最多(42.9%),皮质病变继发癫痫者明显高于皮质下病变(P<0.05),药物治疗效果良好。结论继发性癫痫多见于脑血管病初期,其发病率与脑血管病的类型、病灶部位等有关。

Clinical analysis of epilepsy secondary to cerebrovascular disease

Objective To investigate characteristics of epilepsy secondary to cerebrovascular disease and the relationship between cerebrovascular disease and epilepsy. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases di- agnosed as epilepsy secondary to cerebrovascular disease from March 2008 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of epilepsy secondary to cerebrovascular disease was 6.79% （56/825） , cere- bral hemorrhage had a higher prevalence than cerebral infarction（ P 〈 0. 05 ） , mostly early onset and generalized seizure, the cortical lesions had a higher prevalence （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, most cases were on control after treatment. Conclusion Secondary epilepsy mainly occurs in the early stage of cerebrovascular disease, and the incidence is associated with the types of cerebrovascular disease and location of lesions.
